Cosmetic Condition: Excellent (-) with some light marks in a few spots. There is a larger ding on the back towards the lower rib that can be seen in detail in photo 8. 8.5 out of 10 condition

Operational condition: Fully-functioning

Description: Here’s a rare (only some 400 were made and this is #90) slotted headstock 00 that was built around around the year 2000 as part of the Woman and Music series by Martin. The “DB” in the model name stands for “Deep Body” (the body is deeper than a traditional 00 but is rather the same depth as a dreadnought) and the “M” denotes the solid Mahogany body. This is a fantastic playing and sounding guitar that excels at finger picking but has a full, rich sound when strummed. It’s an excellent guitar for recording as it is balanced across all six strings and never gets to muddy in the bass or thin in the high end. For recording, performing, and writing you can’t lose with this lovely and rare 00 with nearly a quarter century of aging to sweeten it even more.
