Fender Parts Stratocaster w/Early 70s neck, Fralin electronics/pickups, etc
Approx time made: Neck- 1971-1975, Body-2010s (?)
Origin: A combination of American-made parts with a Mexican-made body and official Fender tuners, bridge
Electronics: Fralin loaded guard was installed in this guitar so all electronics are Fralin (pickups, switch, pots, etc)
Operational Condition: Fully-Functional although frets are about as low you can go
Cosmetic Condition: Good (-) condition for the neck with what looks like some light drip marks from a lacquer re-spray, enlarged tuner holes for reproduction Fender tuners which are currently on there and lots of wear, dings etc. The body is pretty clean overall with the glaring exception of a crack in the finish only that’s hiding in the lower horn. (please see picture 5 for more details)
Description: Here’s a scrappy Strat with a great tone and a really comfortable neck that’s gonna make some player very happy! It’s an early to mid-70s Strat neck strapped to a lightweight 70s reissue Mexican Fender body and loaded with all Fralin electronics. The guitar is lightweight, responsive and resonant. The fret situation on the neck is…well, its practically non-existent which believe it or not, some players love but for probably the majority of folks, a re-fret is likely in order.
